Thanks for shopping at The Daily Bunga. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

The Daily Bunga guarantees that all flowers will be in optimal condition upon departure from our premises. However, due to the highly perishable nature of flowers, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. 

Nevertheless, if the product delivered exhibits more than 50% wilted flowers, we do provide a refund to customers.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • You report any concerns regarding the condition of the product within 2 hours following the completion of the delivery.
  • Any natural markings on the flowers should not be mistaken for signs of lack of freshness.

Please note that any reports made after this timeframe will not be considered, as it becomes unreasonable to assess the product’s condition hours later.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your report, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

In cases where a refund is applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
